Big update coming! Working on a rebuild for the project!
Since I've got this project started, I've learned a massive amount. My current iteration of the project is a topological nightmare when it comes to handling signals, data transfer, data ownership, and action handling. With a very clear picture now of the direction I'm looking to go - I'm working to remake this from the ground up with better forward thinking policies, using domain driven design, with event driven architecture and signal handling. My Individual classes were monolithic and not at all following a component style coding with modular implementation. These are just a few of the key lessons I had from the past 3 or 4 weeks working on this project. I'll be plugging away at this over the next week or two, at which point I'll make another devlog post (or post a new version altogether if it really has an entirely new look and feel to it) - So stay tuned!
